Vladimir Borisovich Gurfinkel (Владимир Борисович Гурфинкель) was one of the founders of the Jewish Community of Harbin, the Jewish school of Harbin and a member of the committee for the relief of refugees of World War I and the Zionist Organization of Harbin (ההסתדרות הציונית בחרבין).
