Sara Kupitskaya (Сарра Сауловна Купицкая) was the daughter of the well known  and active Zionist Rabbi S.S. Levin the chief Rabbi of Harbin and head of the Talmud Torah. 
He went on to be the Chief Rabbi of Tientsin (Tianjin).
